I have not received my package, what do I do?
If you have opt for normal postage, losing of packages might happen and we are NOT responsible for any lost mail.
We highly recommend registered postage or Smartpac as tracking number will be given. Registered postage hardly get lost, even if it get lost, Singpost will compensate for the amount lost. For more information, you may visit Singpost website.

How do I arrange meet ups? (Local Only)
Please follow us on Instagram and check out for any updates for meet ups. We usually do not do meet ups unless we are travelling around. Or you can send us a private message to arrange a meet up. We will reply your order submission with the details of the next few meet ups if there is any.
Self-collection is available at Buangkok and Rangung (Senkang).

I only can do meet ups, but the location for self-collection is too far for me, what do I do?
You can request to meet up at your preferred location, we will only accept your request if we are free to travel or might be passing near that area, otherwise, you will be given other options. Meet up fees will be charged, ranging from $1.50 - $10, depending on the location.

What payment method does Fashion Shelter accept?
We accept bank transfer (POSB), PayLah!, PayNow, PayLah, Paypal and (separate) meet up for payment.
How do I make payment?
Payment information will be given on the Google Form.

ACCESSORIES
The accessory I bought is spoiled?
All Fashion Shelter accessories are guaranteed for a period of 3 months, from the date of purchase/collection, against faults in workmanship. Your Fashion Shelter item will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided that the fault falls within the terms of this guarantee and if you are willing to cover all the shipping handling/charges.
In the instance an item is faulty, the item must be returned for inspection. More information can be found under Store Policies.
- In order for us to allow an inspection of the goods, the goods must be returned for assessment along with proof of purchase.
- The Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation;
i. Damage due to ordinary wear and tear,
ii. Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,
iii. Repairs and alterations performed by someone other thanFashion Shelter,
iv. Theft, disappearance or loss, and
v. Any type of use causing damage or deterioration.
Fashion Shelter reserves the right to judge whether the accessories has been subject to any of the above mentioned exclusions and all decisions made by Fashion Shelter are final.

My customise tee has defects, how?
Most common defect is mis-printing and ink stains. Ink stains can be wash away. If there is a case where there is any mis-printing & worse case of ink stains, we will inform you before sending the product out. You will be given 6 options:
1. Proceed with the current item
2. Get a 50% refund (without the apparel)
3. Purchase it at a lower rate
4. Add a mini gift
5. Send in another order for re-printing (Provided you are willing to pay again if it is your fault for the poor quality image sent, otherwise it's free)
6. Refund $0.50 (Only applicable to products with light ink stains)

How do I submit my designs for customiSation?
Please email the document in the format of Word Doc or Powerpoint to [email protected].
What is the difference between detailed cutting and random cutting?
Die-cut follow the design around the shape. Random cutting is meant by cutting the designs out separately without any guideline.
Why is there a maximum order of 200 stickers? (Only happens once in a while)
To prevent overwhelming and delays of orders. Please understand that all the sticker are hand-cut by us, so it takes time to prepare.
Why is it so expensive?
Our stickers are actually selling at a reasonable price. As you can see,1 sticker for $0.50 is affordable and reasonable for big and medium size stickers. Waterproof stickers are only at $0.80 each.
Other blog shops are selling at a really cheap price ,about 1 piece for $0.20 to $0.30,but the size of the sticker is ridiculously small. Our stickers are mostly big or medium size and of good quality with good cutting skills.

Do you have planner stickers?
Yes. We can customize one sheet for you according to your preferred theme according to your planner. However, at the size of smaller stickers, we will charge you the usual price due to the increased difficulty in the cutting process.

SLIMES
what is @slimes.shelter?
It's our slime account under Fashion Shelter! However, this account is not in use anymore. But you may browse through the work we have done before.
Does it smell?
No. It does not have the smell of the glue on white based slime as they are all scented. However, to maintain the clarity of the clear slimes, we may not scent our clear slimes.
Why does my slime melt?
Singapore has the condition of burning heat, thus slime tends to melt more easily in Singapore. Hence, we recommend meet ups instead of mailing.

How do I fix melted slime?
Melted slimes have a foul smell to it. But fret not! There are a few ways to do it.
1. Add more activator
2. Add more glue + activator
The fresh glue will help the slime to stay together again. Add shaving foam, lotion or handwash soap to add a pleasant smell to it!
3. Put it in the fridge
*This happens to all the slime! It is best to keep it in an air-conditional room at 25 degrees.

How do I fix hard slime?
Is your slime hard and it feels like a harden agar-agar (jelly)? This is what you can do!
1. Put your slime in a large bowl, pour some hot water to it and use a spoon to stir and try to break it apart
2. Keep adding hot water if it's being absorb by the slime
3. Keep doing it a few times and transfer it back to the container
4. Add hot water again
*NOTE: Please add hot water that is not 100 degrees, the plastic container may melt)!
5. Cover and let it sit for a day or so
6. It will become melted slime, then you may start to activate again and add fresh glue if if desired
